Alliance Matrimony
Child Safety Standards
Effective date: 10 October 2026
Alliance Matrimony is a digital matchmaking service for adults considering marriage. The service is not intended for children or minors, and we do not allow accounts, profiles, or communications that involve minors in a sexual, exploitative, or unsafe context.
Our standards
- We prohibit content or conduct involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, or any indecent contact involving minors.
- We require all users to be adults of legal age in their country or state of residence before creating an account or using the service.
- We do not permit fake, misleading, or manipulated profiles that misrepresent a user’s age or identity.
- We provide reporting and blocking controls and review reports that raise child-safety concerns.
- Where a report or investigation indicates a child safety concern, we may restrict, remove, or report the offending content or account and work with the relevant authorities when required by law.
Reporting a child safety issue
If you see a profile, image, message, or account that may involve a minor or otherwise violate our child safety standards, please report it immediately via the in-app reporting feature or contact our child safety team at support@alliancematrimony.online.
When reporting, include the profile ID, the relevant URL or screen, the date of the issue, and any supporting evidence so we can review it promptly.
Child safety contact
Alliance Matrimony’s child safety contact is support@alliancematrimony.online. This contact is monitored for child-safety reports and may be used to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and compliance obligations.
Member responsibilities
Members must not share private information about minors, seek contact with minors, or engage in content that is sexual, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these standards.
