You can request deletion without signing in. Enter the email address on your account and we will send a one-time confirmation link.

What happens next
Data deleted
We delete your profile, photos and profile fields, interests, conversations and messages, reports, purchases, notifications, notification tokens, and your authentication account.
Data that may be retained
Only information required by law, fraud prevention, payment accounting, or unresolved safety investigations may be retained. It is restricted, securely stored, and deleted when the retention requirement ends.
How long it takes
After we receive and verify the request, account access is disabled immediately. Application data is normally deleted within 7 days. A legally required retention item may take longer, and we will explain the reason.
