Alliance Matrimony

Terms of Use

Effective date: 27 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the Alliance Matrimony mobile application or related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account information

You must be an adult legally able to consider marriage in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for activity under your account. Provide information that is accurate and keep it current. Do not impersonate another person or create a profile without the person’s authority.

How the service works

Alliance Matrimony provides profile discovery and member communication tools. Members choose whether to express or accept interest. A profile, interest, or conversation does not guarantee compatibility, a response, a meeting, or marriage. Members are responsible for independently verifying information and making their own decisions about contact and meetings.

Member conduct and safety

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, solicit money, publish unlawful material, or misuse another member’s information. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, payment PINs, or banking credentials. Use available report and block controls for concerning conduct. We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Membership and payments

The full-access membership fee is ₹1,199, including GST, for two years. It is a one-time digital membership, not an automatically renewing subscription. The plan, inclusive amount, available features, and validity shown at checkout control the purchase. Access depends on successful payment confirmation and account eligibility. Refunds and cancellation are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Profiles, content, and verification

You remain responsible for profile content you submit and must have permission to share it. Verification indicators describe only the specific check represented; they are not a guarantee of a member’s identity, conduct, or suitability. Documents submitted for address verification are for verification review and are not displayed as profile content to other members.

Truthfulness of information

You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and not misleading. The information you provide is subject to the laws of the land. If any information is found to be false, you will be legally responsible for the consequences, and Alliance Matrimony and its owners are not liable for any loss, damage, or problem faced by any user as a result of inaccurate or false information provided by a member.

Live-in relationships and cohabitation

Live-in relationship / cohabitation is a personal arrangement between consenting adults. It is not a legally registered marriage under Indian law and does not confer the same legal rights as marriage. Users are advised to understand their legal position and, if needed, consult a lawyer.

Account closure

You can request account and data deletion at any time using the account deletion page. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained to meet legal, payment-accounting, safety, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Service availability and liability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or that a particular match will result. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
